Turning Experience into Expertise
The Falke Institute is the result of its partners' many years of experience in organizing medical courses and events, is a pioneering institution in medical education, with its origins in robotic surgery certification. Over time, we have evolved to become strategic partners of 17 hospitals throughout Brazil.
Our differential lies in our ability to organize refresher courses and events, customized to meet the specific needs of our partners. We pay close attention to the role of our partners, acting as knowledge promoters, training health professionals and contributing to the advancement of medicine in the country.

Robotic surgery is one of the most up-to-date advances in the field of surgery. Bringing much more than precise movements, surgeons gain 15 times greater range of vision when compared to conventional procedures.
In Brazil alone, there has been a significant 500% increase in the number of registered procedures in the last five years.
The development of skills in this area becomes a driving force behind the surgeon's development, enabling them to work with a more precise technique, thus offering their patients a better outcome and recovery.
Our differential lies in our ability to organize refresher courses and events, customized to meet the specific needs of our partners. We pay close attention to the role of our partners, acting as knowledge promoters, training health professionals and contributing to the advancement of medicine in the country.
The Falke Institute is a pioneer in Robotic Surgery Training, having trained more than 1,300 surgeons across the country in its 17 strategic partnerships. The complete training program is divided into 3 modules.
The first module is carried out individually with an online pre-course, and in groups, with online lectures and live surgery demonstrations Total hours: 20h
The second module is carried out individually and consists of simulator training in the respective hospitals. Total workload: 20 to 40 hours (depending on the requirements of the surgeon's medical society)
The third module is called "in-service". It consists of practical training in the operating room, reviewing all theoretical and practical knowledge. The student trains with the robot in the placement of portals, docking, triangulation, changing clamps, suturing on a model, among other things. It will take place in the operating rooms of the respective hospitals. Total workload: 3 to 6 hours
The participating hospitals accept the current course as a training modality for performing robotic surgeries, without the need for further courses.
Qualification will be provided by medical societies in accordance with legislation. This course contains the prerequisites requested by the Brazilian College of Surgeons and the Brazilian Society of Oncological Surgery
We believe that medical events are suitable training for an audience in constant need of updating, and we have migrated methodologies, approaches and speakers, maintaining our commitment to effective learning and the exclusivity of the events.
